CloudLibrary Titles Moving to Libby

Exciting Update for eBook and Audiobook Users: One App to Rule Them All!

Starting mid-December, all CloudLibrary digital titles (eBooks and audiobooks) will move to the Libby App, where we already have a large collection – so you will only need one App to find all of our digital materials. In addition, most eBook titles in Libby should now work on all Kindle models, even paperwhite!

Any holds you placed on CloudLibrary titles will not carry over.  You may want to make note of any titles you are waiting for, so you can place new holds in the Libby App.

Materials borrowed through CloudLibrary will automatically be recalled from your devices once titles transfer to Libby.

If you currently use the CloudLibrary App as a way to save your library card number, there are other options for replacing that feature.  If you use a digital wallet on your phone (Google Wallet or Apple Pay), you can store your library card just as you would credit cards or other membership cards.  Alternatively, you can use the Keyring App, the Cardstar App, or any digital card storage App. You may also present a picture of the back of your card (on your phone) at the checkout desk, if you’d rather not carry your physical card.
