COVID-19 Information

Everyone 12 or older who lives, works, or studies in New Jersey is now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.

It is not necessary to provide proof of citizenship or proof of address in order to get a vaccine. Vaccines are available to all who live, work, or receive education in the state of New Jersey. Insurance information may be requested, but is insurance is not required to receive a vaccine.

 Your second Pfizer shot was more than six (6) months ago AND

Ages 65+ and Long-Term Care Residents OR

Ages 50+ With High-Risk Health Conditions OR

Ages 18+ With High-Risk Health Conditions OR

Ages 18+ in Jobs or Settings With Increased COVID-19 Risk
