Oreo Taste Challenge
Wednesday March 6  3:30-4pm

In honor of National Oreo Cookie Day, we invite you to taste different flavors of Oreo cookies and vote on your favorite! Results will be tabulated and the top winners will be announced on social media. Cookies available while supplies last.

New Jersey Maker Day
Saturday March 16 10am-1pm
Ages 3-18

New Jersey Makers Day is a statewide initiative created to highlight STEM and maker culture. Sign up for a class to make playdough (ages 3+) or slime (ages 8+). It will be full STEAM ahead in Youth Services with our STEAM cart and STEAM Jr Creation Station! Registration required for playdough or slime classes; space is limited. There is no registration for STEAM activities.

Family Movie Matinee
 April 2 from 1-3pm

Watch a movie at the library! All ages welcome! No registration. The April movie will be Wonka (PG).  Running time: 1 hr, 56 mins.

Flower Seed Ball D.I.Y. Program

Learn how to make eco-friendly flower seed balls with Suburban Jungle. All ages welcome. Registration required.

Crochet Basics

Whether you’re a complete beginner or need some pointers, come learn to crochet! We will go through the basics of crocheting, and simple patterns will be available for crocheters with more experience. Supplies will be provided. Register here.

Free Comic Book Day
Saturday May 4 10am-1pm

Unleash your inner hero at Free Comic Book Day! Stop by the Community Room to choose your free comics! We will have comic themed activities, a button making station and a trivia contest. Take part in a costume contest for ages 0-14 and 15+ as well!

Get ready for the solar eclipse on April 8th by learning about light and shadow! Learn how light can manipulate shadow and learn through interactive projects and critical thinking.
